Public Offer

1. General

This document is a public offer (hereinafter the “Offer”) by Individual Entrepreneur NE’MATOV SHAHZOD SHERBOYEVICH (state registration No. 7792442 of 01.06.2026, PINFL 51602066100018, Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan)(the “Seller”) addressed to any individual (the “Buyer”) to purchase paid access to the IELTSway online service at ieltsway.online(the “Service”) on the terms below. Completing a payment on the Service constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer. Before paying, the Buyer confirms that they have read and accepted this Offer — the payment button is available only after that confirmation.

2. Ordering & payment methods

The Buyer selects a Premium plan on the Service, signs in to their account, and pays through one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by licensed payment providers on their secure pages:

• Payme — Uzcard and Humo cards;
• Click — Uzcard and Humo cards;
• Visa / Mastercard / UnionPay— international bank cards, processed through the Seller’s acquiring bank.

Prices are shown at checkout before payment. Where a promo code is applied, the discounted price shown at checkout is the final price charged.

3. Service delivery

The Service is digital. Access to Premium features is granted automatically and immediatelyafter the payment provider confirms the payment — normally within seconds, without any physical delivery. Premium is sold as fixed-length plans (e.g. 1, 3 or 6 months) tied to the Buyer’s account. Plans do not auto-renew: no further charges are made unless the Buyer makes a new purchase.

4. Refunds, cancellations & money-back to card

• If a payment is charged but Premium access is not granted (a technical failure), the Seller either activates the access or refunds the full amount to the same card the payment was made from.
• If the same order is accidentally paid twice, the duplicate payment is refunded in full to the card.
• Because access is digital and is granted immediately upon payment, payments for activated access are otherwise non-refundable, except where a refund is required by the applicable law of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
• Refunds are made to the card used for the original payment, via the same payment provider. Processing time depends on the issuing bank (typically 3–10 banking days).
• To request a refund, contact support through the in-app Support page or the Service’s official Telegram support contact shown at checkout, stating the payment date, amount and the account email or phone number.

5. Card security

The Service never requests, collects, processes or stores bank card details. All card data is entered exclusively on the secure payment pages of the payment providers (Payme, Click, the acquiring bank’s gateway), which are PCI DSS certified and use encrypted connections. The Service receives only the payment result — never the card number. All traffic between the Buyer and the Service is protected by HTTPS (TLS).

6. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Service’s Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Offer.

7. The Service

IELTSway provides online IELTS practice tools: practice tests (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking), AI-generated scoring and feedback, and study aids. Use of the Service is additionally governed by the Terms of Service. AI scores are practice estimates and do not guarantee any official IELTS result.
