Delete Your IELTSway Account

IELTSway users can permanently delete their account and associated personal data.

Delete from your account

Sign in to IELTSway.
Open Profile (then Edit on the website).
Select Delete account.
Confirm permanent account deletion.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access your account or prefer email, send an Account Deletion Request to adiz.makhammadjonov@gmail.com, preferably from the email associated with your IELTSway account. We may verify ownership before processing the request. Do not send your password. You do not need to install the app to request deletion.

What is deleted

Your account, profile information and uploaded profile images, practice answers, Writing submissions, Speaking recordings, scores, progress, device sessions and account-linked support records are deleted. Deletion is permanent. Information that must legitimately be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting or regulatory obligations may be retained separately. De-identified usage statistics may remain. Contact us about provider-held records, support alerts or backup copies.

Account deletion does not cancel a subscription held with a payment provider. Manage any existing subscription directly with that provider.
